No, it doesn’t prove anything.
For instance, we’ve blocked some people just because they live very close by or we’ve recognised them and we wish to maintain some privacy. We’ve also blocked people who have sent messages that don’t appeal to us, this doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with them, just that they don’t suit our preferences. However, they could be perfect for other people.

Just make your own mind up about a person. What someone else thinks about them and their reasoning behind blocking them may not be the slightest bit relevant to you. |

I think he means how many people have blocked a particular user. Like user A has been blocked by 20 people, user B, 50. Think that's what he means. |

Ah right.
Even so, people could be blocked by those who are in close proximity or because they have no interest in that person. Not necessarily for something negative. |
