I have a good personal sub. We don't have any sexy time but I like him, he's handy to have around and works quite well.
I've had numerous bad ones over the years. They start off ok then become demanding and brattish. That's when they're dismissed.
If you're thinking of taking one on OP, set out the rules. And don't let them take the piss. |

Finding a good one is difficult and they're usually more trouble than they're worth. |

I have a very good sub , and I treat him well but he begs for more tasks . He likes to inflict pain on himself to remind him self of that I'm boss . Now I wanted ideas and advice on the best things you do .  he's awesome as well ! If He eats chocolate he will send me some too lol |

Well have him put in a new bathroom or kitchen.. If he is not handy , he can always paint or do yard work... |
