If it's single blokes it makes sense in a way. Even if you list everything and cover every topic and are completely honest. Chances are you'll still be ignored in the crush of blokes on here anyway. Particularly if you're rubbish at taking photos. So i suspect a lot of people think why bother when it's not going to make any perceptible difference.

It depends really, some short profiles are straight and to the point but long profiles create more of a picture about what someone is looking for... On the flip side of the coin half the fun is finding out and talking about preferences other than it all being out in the open

Fill in later is totally acceptable for..... a few days until you know if you're staying on the site. Beyond that, if they can't make an effort to write a couple of sentences I'm not likely to meet.
