I have never gave or received rimming before it has never been something that has crossed my mind am i missing out ? Do i just jump stight in or

Not sure how you 'jump right in'. I guess you could request a rimming but it may put them off.

Every rimming I've received has been a very nice surprise.

As for giving; try it. See how they respond.

If you want to try it and the person you are with agrees, go for it
