Well, i may be new to the site but i really think one thing that will stop people playing games is a name and shame thread. Just 1 tread so its contained, but a place where anyone who takes the pi*s and wastes peoples time can be named.
I know some of you will disagree with this but if there was a thread where we can name time wasters and then if the time waster wants to defend themselves they can.
Obviously there should be rules, for example, if someone is due to meet but contacts the other person with a reason then this wouldnt be considered as a time waster, as we all know, things happen that are beyond our control sometimes and seeing as a lot of us have kids or partners etc, then this has to be taken into account, but if someone messes you around more than a reasonable amount of times then people should be able to warn others abouth that person.
I personally have only been on here for just over a week at this point, and a lot of people are saying thay wont meet because ive no veris, but then how am i suppose to get any veris, if the people i make arrangements with are ust messers?
If i am able to say i had a meet with this person but they didnt turn up or they generally wasted my time, at least then others will see that although ive not met anyone at this point, its not that i havent tried.
What do you guys think? and Admin, i think you should really consider this and give your feed back as to why you wont or if you can do something to help.

Admin have said many times that name and shame will never be a feature here. It is too open to abuse.
If you are experiencing a high number of time wasters after only a week of being here, I'd suggest seriously looking at your own approach. |

We arranged a night of hot fun with Liverpooladmirer and he never bothered to turn up, wasting an entire evening and money for travel and hotels.
None of the above is true but can you spot a problem with naming and shaming? |

That Liverpooladmirer really takes the piss, is a fake & unreliable.
Now we all know that's not true, but do you see why a name & shame thread would never work, it's too open to abuse & personal vendettas.
Just report, block and move on if you have issues. |

Only a tiny majority of fab users come on the forums anyway so no one would even see it.

Also everyone's idea of a time waster differs. I wouldn't consider my time wasted unless I actually was waiting for someone and was stood up.
Others seem to think their time is wasted by not getting replies to messages etc. |

We had someone who was caught bang to rights by Google image search passing off a picture from a Gay Porn site and he still frequents these forums. God yeah. I've reported 3 fake profiles since I've been hear. All images taken from various places, ones even a famous model and still the profiles are active and recent used |

Depends who it was as one guy actually is genuine and earns money from posing on gay porn sites.....so his do come up on google reverse image....he's open about it when challenged. |

No this was not that guy. He had his face pic up which was hopefully genuine and then the body pic which when reverse image searched came back as someone completely different.
It wasn't our first rodeo when it came to outing an outlandish fake. |
