Help with verification

Can anyone tell us what we are doing wrong, we have followed the directions and loaded a picture of us both together with said user name etc displayed in front of us, but it has been turned down twice now.

Any ideas what we have done wrong?????

You seem to be verified now . Sometimes the Mods get a little busy

If it's ever a problem again, just do what we did and bribe admin
