I am organising our first gang bang, got a hotel on the outskirts of Bristol booked and will be sending out invites to local guys.

Not really sure what the plan is when we all get to the hotel, any pointers would be gratefully received

Be careful lol we’ve been to a couple. Only give the room number out to said guys once you know they are actually there

Gangbangs are notorious for cancellations and no shows. Most people over invite as a consequence.

When I arranged one, many years ago, I over invited because about 50%+ dropped out or just didn't show.

I have a mobile number. When the guys arrived I then gave them the room number.

I also didn't join in until much later, making sure all the guys were safe and respectful first.

Also sus out a hotel that doesn't require a key card to get past reception.
