Huge amounts of damage can be done to your bum, no two people are the same, some people have regular anal and the muscle tightens well, others have 'leaks' now and again where the muscle hasn't closed- I have gay friends where one has a bag now because of his years and years of anal and not being able to close- but that is the extreme... My advice is don't do anything that hurts, loads of lube and slowly t start see what you are life after and if all is ok it's up to you..
