Cannot Access my Cam

I have on several occasions been on cam in Fab, I now cannot get into the cam, despite several hints as to .. do this ..... do that ....... I am not a computer whizz kid, just want to get onto cams ...... I am on a Macbook.

i noticed in site help there are others with this problem. not much help but i'm guessing the site will need to sort it and are probably working on it.

Had this ourselves this weekend on a Mac running chrome. Had to go into settings/content then scroll down to the flash content setting and tick "always allow" which sorted it.

Guess either the site has made some changes or Chrome has updated and altered some flash settings.

I had the same problem when using chrome so I switched to explorer (edge I think it's called now?) and it worked.
