I've been lurking around this site for around a couple months. I've only recently started filling in my profile.

Id like to know: what is and is not working, areas to improve etc.

Thank you!

This is so subjective....However,

Your picture works, good tummy - though I want to see your chest as well.

Your opening line is awkward, your section on swing and jazz amuses me.

You have a very unusual profile name, but make no reference to it - you should.

I think you need to stick to one style in your writing. Either confidently humerous or gentlemanly and affectionate......I think these are the two in your profile.

Hull but travel regularly

I think you profile text wording shows a maturity and understanding well beyond your age and will resonate with those you seek. Nice. Good luck

It's OK overall IMO. The text feels a little crowded though.

BTW, are you really a vegan?

Again the all advice and comments are well received and appreciated.

And yes I am vegan - for 5 months now. X

I was too for awhile, years actually. But it affects vitB12. Despite that I had no problems, to be on the safer side, decided to stop veganism.

I wonder, can you build up muscles mass that you need in your sport , on vegan diet?

Sorry, off topic.

Aha no problem x

I supplement very regularly with B12. Although I eat a fair amount of fortified food, there's no side effects of supplementing. In fact the B complex vitamins have a useful stimulant side effect which I often use to my advantage.

I supplement with a lot of omega 3 (flax seed). Although this can be easily found in (vegan) food it is a lot easier method of intake. I'm generally very sceptical of supplement industry but it has its benifits.

Having no trouble at all in building muscle as a vegan!

My son had his vegan friend stay once - drove me mental lol ( sorry off topic )

Great intellectual wording in profile. I got a bit dizzy with the jazz references tho tbh.

Thought opening line rather blunt - maybe move down the page a bit and set out more details of who you are looking for etc

As you have no face pics - Its not a profile I would message first - so its relevance its less important than the initial message out x

Good luck x
