I've had a few mmf and ffm. Just get to know a few couples and have some social time, get to know people, go to the socials etc
Eventually you will find a couple that you click with and enjoy the experience. Remember that they have invited you into their bed so it's about mutual enjoyment not just your satisfaction. Be respectful and know the boundaries.
