It means they have got past the following stages;

'put up a crap profile and my inbox will be flooded with offers for hot sex' stage.

Decided above doesn't work so......

'why won't anybody meet me' forum post stage.

The advice given was too sensible so........

'why are people rude' thread stage

Again sensible advice.......

I need sex now stage.......

Throw dummy out..........delete profile........

To return next week. Similar profile and repeat
