Either. As long as they don't look like a micropenis, i find those a bit weird. Although that's more into size territory.
The innyones are great to watch visibly come out the more aroused she gets. The outy ones (in my experience) start off more sensitive due to their exposure.

Same here, very large so there's no way to hide it.
