Clearly nobody is interested. Quite interesting it's self... Kind of suggests they are all for shoe with no real sexual value... Its kind of where my head was... Can still be wrong but until someone provides a real answer my conclusion is, don't waste your time..

I would say they work.... I have had a few issues in last few years with Prostate Cancer and Cock Rings help with ED, I wear a ring around the base, balls and cock.... Not so keen on just on my cock....

Given that I'm a Diabetic T2, I'm prone to ED, but I've found a combination of a Blue Pill, and a Cock Ring works well for me.

After trial and error from a while back, I find taking my Viagra 3 hours before any meet, gets me to maximum hardness. (It can cary from guy to guy though).

Cock rings - I'm loathe to use a metal one, in case I get trapped in one and end up in A&E in embarrassment!

I don't have issues with erections, but do find that a well fitting ring certainly enhances my hardness and longevity! I also like the feel of the weight around my cock and balls, and also the look of them.

It's very much trial and error on size and fit, and that can be the expensive part, if like me you got it wrong a few times! But they don't wear out, so once you do get it right then they are great.
