Maybe a slightly odd reason for a swingers' party but...
There is a story that we both like. In that story Mars is colonised and the people there have lots of sex (this might have something to do with why we like it  ).
As it happens Martian independence day is the 26th of May. Well that sounds like the sort of flimsy excuse we might need to organise a party (or it could be that we were going to have one anyway and then spotted that it was Martian independence day because one of us was reading the story ).
So come along and join our botch party (that would be slang for debauchery) and help us celebrate the liberation of some fictional characters that hasn't even happened yet .
Friday the 26th of May. Be there or be an Earthling!
Now the boring bits...
The venue is an apartment in the West End of Edinburgh. Couples and single ladies welcome. You should either be verified or have met us before.
As we usually do, we'll be keeping the male to female ratio even so single gentlemen I'm afraid from experience that means you aren't really in with a shout. Sorry - the fab ratio doesn't work very well for you there  . |

Just reread and noticed the typo above. It should read "will do honour to the idea" without any enormous anything (even though Uranus is indeed enormous). I'm going to blame autocorrect. For everything . |

I think we can let humour override grammar here . I'm usually a bit of a stickler but I think I could be looser around Uranus.
