Was put on tablets good few years ago to tame it but nope never worked. That's what brought us to the world of fab 8 years ago. I have managed to be able to cope with it   |

In rhe main sex addicts try to suppress it as it is a hinderance to daily living. from the comments here I would guess none are sex addicts. Was a really good programme on this subject last yr. My take sex addiction is an affliction as opposed to a pleasure |

I went to psycho sexual counselling for sex addiction. It really did help. Was having sex sometimes for the wrong reason. If I was stressed I used it as a coping mechanism. Now I have sex purely for enjoyment and no other reason |

this is absolutely true. An old army mate of mine never had it in sooooooo long. He not only became a virgin again . He almost became a teenager..  |

its actually a devastating condition which ruins lives if behaviours are destructive to the person or those around them. Lots of help is available but sadly its not always taken seriously.
Or help is sought once at crisis point. |
