As the OP deleted his post, I haven't a clue whether I'm going off-topic.

But having spent some time over the past few years exploring the Fife hinterland, ignoring the likes of Cowdenbeath it's actually a rather pleasant part of the country.

Just a shame about some of the inhabitants!
