Can't beat the atmosphere in and around Edinburgh but the street party is a bit over rated.
Mobbed bars, people sick at every corner, bins overflowing, over priced, freezing cold, snow, rain...........

Haha well thanks. We had thought about it as we done London last year. And it was similar to how you described Edinburgh

Quite amazing how Edinburgh has worked out how to charge people loadsa dosh for the kind of shite they can get anywhere else for free. |

I brought the 'Big Wheel' up from Newcastle! It's a new contained one this year, like a mini London eye. Don't know when they're building it bit it's on a LOT of trailers. Heard a rumour it's staying in place all year. |
