Tier 1 as above but advise from the Scottish Government is you shouldn't be travelling between Tiers so travelling from England would come into that, i know I'm sounding like an arse, however i know of 2 people who have hotel bookings cancelled as they were travelling upto inverness as they didnt have an IV postcode |

Inverness do not want tourists, hotels aren't booking for leisure on the most part unless you have an IV postcode, travel through areas isnt really supposed to be happening, let alone from another country.
Mr was supposed to head up for work and it would be against the restrictions if I went with him... Why not save the pennies and fuel and rent out a air Bnbin your local area?! Hot tub and a bottle of wine don't go wrong. We did that for my birthday in our own area and it was great! |

We have already booked a hotel in Edinburgh and Inverness, have them our details and address and it was not a problem but it looks like we will be cancelled the trip as it seems like it will not be a great idea  |
