Yeah. I’ve been cutting my own for a year plus. Using clippers. Scissors would be a mistake.
I followed a video on YouTube. Search for cut your own hair clippers. The one I used has a good looking guy with grey hair demonstrating. I personally plus one on the blade guard compared to him. I can pm you the link if you like. |

My advice start of with the clippers at the highest setting and not the lowest. And this is from experience  .
I had never cut my hair myself but was easy enough (just went for it, no you tube) and done an alright job. |

I have cut the hubby and 3 boys hairs .. think I missed my vocation they look good even if I do say so myself .... I did tell a wee white lie to the youngest and told them they were new clippers when in fact they were the ones I previously used on the dog  ( I have new ones delivered now)  |

a quandary, could you change my mind? |
I very rarely look in the mirror, o my , I had a fright the person looking back at me was very silvered in the hair department.
Now I'm not as visually silvered if my hair was at its normal length, Im not going to cut my hair myself as it will be a real hash, but I've got to do something. |
