Not finished yet. Won't be off till 8am.
Am training a new Breakfast Chef from 0630 in setting up and preparation systems, till the Head Chef gets in at about 0730. The girl I'm training will be "Hard Work" - as we've already discovered, she's got the intelligence span of a goldfish. |

It's all the safety and Gas switch on processes she has to follow to the letter. She had a trial run earlier in the week with another manager but failed.
It's my turn to train her. If I'm not online tomorrow, I'll be in jail for killing her! |
