So those who like the gym etc (that won't be me)
Huel have released a "Black Edition"
Best thing to do is google it, but quick version is:
50% less Carbs
33% more protein.
No artificial sweeteners, gluten free.
26 essential vitamins and minerals, blah blah blah
Not the cheapest way of having a meal, but if your like me, with a tendency to eat fast food or £3 meal deals for lunch, then it might be a way forward to having something and increasing your protein without eating alot of chicken, fish etc
If anyone in Stockport wants to try a free sample of what I have (will give enough for a meal, of the normal type not the Black type) to see if its for them, just say

It does, but I do also have the Chocolate, Mint Chocolate, Coffee, Berry etc etc
None taste fantastic (for me)
But at same time, have lost over 2 stone (with the odd going gym, eating SW etc) so sticking with it.
I do also make with semi-skimmed milk for a change 
I also have powdered peanut and will throw a scoop of that in, maybe once a week.
Still not managed having it three times a day (shudder) but am back on it after all the nice food for the last two days
