This is the first year our children have put together a stocking for us. They know me quite well ~ chocolates, de stress face mask, lip balm, gin miniature. Also my 18 year bought everyone in the family a few bits out of his own money, I'm very touched

Merry Christmas all x

I don’t care about material goods, although I did receive a nice little surprise. I’ve spent the last 3 nights at my parents which has been priceless for them and I’ve learned more about my ancestry than I care to reveal.

I didn't ask for much!

Big new TV for my bedroom, a Beast teddy, a Nightmare Before Christmas journal, all four Toy Story films in DVD, a Star Is Born on DVD, few bits of chocolate, two out of the three sets of Black Widow pencils (a fab friend bought me the other set for my birthday) and a set of skin tone Black Widow pencils, a Jasmine Becket-Griffith colouring book and the collector's edition of the first book in The Book Of Dust.

Still got some presents to swap with my best friend tomorrow, and my above mentioned fab friend has ordered a present to be delivered to my doorstep. I'm none the wiser to what it is though.

I got the usual t shirts etc, but what made this Christmas excellent was my ex wife came round, helped cook Christmas dinner, which then tasted great, then we went upstairs to have a little rest, and ended up having great sex for two hours, then a bath for half an hour, all while drinking good red wine, unfortunately she’s gone home now. Great memories

" Hey Meli ive had a lovely day today with close family. Mayhem tomorrow when all 14 are here for lunch

Oooo I wonder what experiences those are!

All 14?! Gosh. But the mayhem is good fun isn't it? I find it tiring and exhausting but I wouldn't change my family and all their oddities and dietary requirements and tipsiness for the world.

I hope it goes well for you tomorrow, x

Organised chaos!

Sounds perfect. Thats pretty much how my family get togethers are ."

That's how mine are. I love them. I genuinely enjoy spending time with them (yes at times they make me but most people do in all honesty ).

Brushes, the ones I rate are Elf (I get online), Boots No 7, Ecotools

I've heard great things about Colourpop but it's not economical to get here.

I'm a late bloomer too but have made up for lost time

I know the customs stink but i normally wait for their sales. I think it was only 20 euro i had to pay the last time between customs and carry fees so that wasnt too bad. I wish they would open a thing in england or somewhere close. Beauty bay and look fantastic are normally my go to websites now

This year all three of my kids bought me presents with their own money instead of their dad getting them - so it meant much more!

I got thoroughly spoiled! Loads of chocolates, baileys, JD honey, an Ed Sheeran CD, perfume, candles and other stuff I can’t remember!

A thoroughly spoiled mum!
