I like them with cherries and whipped cream in them, well that's how we are having them this evening ... other than that plain and simple too .... bit like myself.  |

Make pancakes as normal fold into qtrs
add a good knob of butter to the pan, allow to melt, sugar, orange juice and the grated zest of the orange, grand marnier and brandy , then add the pancakes and allow to slowly warm through

When I had my Aga I used to make them directly onto the hotplate .... fed half the neighbourhood pancakes bacon and maple syrup every saturday morning. |

It causing a domestic in this house. I have them for dinner with bacon/syrup/caster sugar/cheese 
Darren things this is absolute blasphemy and has his for pudding with chocolate and banana.
