"Was just wondering if my first mail to someone new is too boring.
Like to play safe and say something like "How are you this evening??" - as I don't wish to be rude or spend ages writing loads which may just get deleted.
Only asking because just send two mails and both deleted without response....mind you could be me!!!! lol

First of all I jump up in the air.....a reply!!!! lol
After that I usually start with small talk, trying to find out about the person I've mailed
Think it's called communicating, which hopefully is not a one-way street!!

Some single fems get literally hundreds of messages. Do you think that that stands out? Or that it looks like a bland line you are cuut and pasting to dozens of profiles?
You say you donlt want to put the effort in in case it gets deleted and therein lies the problem.
