Grown a few plants. Quite often they do ok outside (though I was growing them in Cheshire)........ Never managed realy hot chillies, but the fruits grew huge! |

i have a couple of plants still growing outside as we speak.......
...i will get them inside soon.....
but they are the best plant to grow,so easy and great for a variety of dishes..... |

Have grown a few plants up here in Chesterfield using the windowsill and the outside in summer
So far have grown:
Birds eye
Habanero
Scotch Bonnet
Have to say the Scotch Bonnet was V Hot!

"I've grown jalepenos and savina habeneros(these are really hot) my next project is Trinidad Scorpions they are the current worlds hottest peppers."
I've got 8 in a hydro system to support them over winter.
There not the hottest chillies but there not far off.... If I'm chopping them I have to wear gives cos it gives as my skin has a reaction to oils. 
Bloody tasty tho!
(oh and if you indulge in your other hobby soon after... Make sure you clean the oils off your hand... Ouch!) |

Chilli grower here :waves:
Will be starting my chinese varieties in the propagator soon (just been and got my seeds out of the shed) and others around end feb/beginning of march.
This year we'll be growing:
Jalepeno Gigantica
Etna
Lemon Drop
Peruvian Purple
Twilight
Rocoto Yellow
Aji Gold
Aji Cristal
Serrano Tampiqueno
I'm also currently overwintering a bhut jolokia and what I think is an orange hab (label fell out  )

Grow them every year along with bell peppers, tomatoes, herbs and cucumbers.
Grow them in large pots outside but usually start them off in a tent. |

There's 2 things MrM grows, pumkins on the allottie ( for Halloween ) and chillies, he needs advice on chillie growing though, he likes them hot hot hot |

Hits can be harder to grow. On the tricks I use to germinat them is to put the seeds in a small bag with some wet toilet roll in. This should be put in a warm (constantly) place. Tho this way can still take time. Up to 4 weeks! |

One way of acheiving this is to dry them after you pick them. |
