I remember using slim sip a few years back and lost 11lb in 2 weeks but that was when I'd put a lot of weight on due to being on the depo provera (can't spell) injection pill. Came only was on it 6 months and I put on 2 stone cos I kept eating.
This stuff sounds like that slim sip stuff which I bought the other day for only a fiver a box due to these skinny sprinkles being out, they do help especially at times of the month when you just can't get full, usually when I'm due on and can't stop eating. |
