Am a fully trained chef I been so for over 30 years. In work they sent someone in to me to show me how to use a knife and how to use the knife sharpener.

He looked at me i looked at him. I asked him who showed you how to use knife and sharpener ?

His answer was you did.

So he had a cup of coffee and i signed the book.

That was my health and safety
