They could do but they'd have a hell of a lot of massage parlours to sort out first.
You'd be amazed how many legit looking businesses are providing 'extras' for the less than the cost of a cheap meal out.
It's something that is tolerated but monitored and if the police suspect that people trafficing or forced labour is going on, they would raid any given establishment.
Not sure why somebody in a club would pay for a happy ending though. A legit massage maybe but not the extras. |
