Yes...Marmite toast with cheese on top grilled til golden then with baked beans on top...best supper ever.

Or...Marmite and cheese sandwiches for lunch

Always add a teaspoon with an oxo and a dash of worcestershire sauce to all my beef mince dishes as well.

I'm not sure about 'going off' but it does seem to annoyingly solidify a little once it's been opened. There's something very satisfying about using a brand new jar of marmite when it's ultra smooth and glossy and easiest to spread.
