She even proved she was real by sending multiple pictures of a really hot (yet realistic) woman. I still wasn't convinced I was seriously talking to who I thought I was. I could tell the person was getting annoyed because I wouldnt do what she was asking me to do. I asked her to send me a selfie of holding a knife, fork and spoon. Of course that was the end of that. |

I took an hour long train and got stood up. I ended up waiting outside the station for a good 40 minutes waiting for her to reply. No reply. Got back on the train home. Fun times |

We avoid the standing ups by only meeting at clubs.
If somebody wants to meet we tell them where we will be and when... chat a bit, sure, swap face pics so we know who we are looking out for. From there on its down to them... we are going anyway and will enjoy ourselves with or without them. If they turn up and something stops us play, no chemistry/click etc. they are free to go find somebody else to play or we are happy to just socialise still.
Nobody is wasting anyones time... all have a good night out. |

Had a couple very attractive and obviously very daughter after ladies cancel last minute only to read the next day their 'other' veri. I guess it's useful to have a plan B but not nice the be it. It's not uncommon. |

The few couples I have met have told me the same story...they have been stood up so often.
Beggars belief as single guys on here get so little attention or response...you think they would jump at the chance.

Maybe they don't believe the woman is real. Many 'hot women' profiles are men looking for wank chat.
I found a profile which had one very good pic and no veris, she was 36 and directed me to her Kik, asking me to send all sorts. She even proved she was real by sending multiple pictures of a really hot (yet realistic) woman. I still wasn't convinced I was seriously talking to who I thought I was. I could tell the person was getting annoyed because I wouldnt do what she was asking me to do. I asked her to send me a selfie of holding a knife, fork and spoon. Of course that was the end of that.
Oh my god that pisses me off so much. Chat to a guy on kik, explain that if it says camera under the picture that means it's a live pic taken there and then. Too many accusations about being fake just makes me say you know what just fuck off.

Sorry but having the word "camera" under your pic DOES NOT necessarily mean it's a live pic. Do a standard Google search on "how to fake a live pic on Kik" and it will reveal all. The fact is that there are probably thousands of fake profiles on this site trying to catfish people as there are on other internet chat rooms, dating sites etc. It's a sad fact of life that some people get pleasure out of wasting other people's time. Kik is rife with fakes and Snapchat tends to be more reliable for ing them out. People should be a little less sensitive if asked to verify themselves nicely.
I personally see no problem with writing my name and the date on a piece of paper if someone wants to know I'm legit. I've got nothing to hide and I find in most cases people that do tend to be the ones that make a big song and dance about it. Until people have been catfished/scammed they often fail to see both sides of the coin IMO. |

I’ve got nothing to hide either but I wouldn’t jump through fucking hoops like that. I use fab and fab only to communicate and arrange meets in almost 8 years that’s all I’ve ever done, works for me and if someone wants to call me fake because I won’t fuck about writing on a piece of paper at their request, that’s fine, it’s their paranoid problem that’s lost them a meet. |

It happens to me quite a lot. Not sure whether some men just get off on the idea of meeting, or get cold feet, but I have zero tolerance to being messed around (including cancellations, as that's generally the start of a pattern) and no longer give any second chances. It's the main reason I now prefer clubs. |

The fact that it's no strings sex means that people perceive little responsibility about their engagement with it and the people they chat with. Many are cheating and don't manage to pull off getting away from home.
