There's a chap at work (a big organisation) who I deal with occasionally, who I'd also previously trained, anyway I've always been quite proud that I was able to call him by his first name. I try to remember first names as I think it's important especially in a hierarchical organisation.
Ive just found out that I've been calling him the wrong name, and bless him, he's never said anything.
Anyone else embarrassed themselves of late.  |

I've got to the point on here where I use the Private Note function to remember people's names when they tell me as I've had a few instances where I've forgotten or got confused with someone else - which is potentially embarassing!! |

Cant be as embarrassing as you stealing a models pic. Reverse search the image guys   |
