Hey. Question to all the TV. How do u work out your size in ladies clothes. I'm too shy to go into a shop and try them on!

little house on the praire

Measure bust. Waist and hips. There are plenty of size charts online to get a comparison but remember women are different shapes. So might be best to go for two pieces rather than one

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Measure your waist, hips and chest/moobs. Then try the size that indicates in a number of brands until you find one that works for you.

You could try getting things on-line that you can return until you find the style and fit you are happy with.

Good luck.

European dress size measurements will look like men's clothes (e.g. 38, 40 etc.).

Women's sizes will be 10, 12, etc. Looking at your pictures you should start at 18 and see if you need to go up from there. If you're buying from an American site then the numbers are the same but they mean different things.

you will already know your waist size from trousers and your chest size from jackets, that will be enough to work out your dress size
