Wk 8 Review
This week really was a tale of two days.
At the close of play on Saturday there was a few players who having scored between 50 & 65 points, would have been having thoughts of a good second day & taking the weekly crown, but a stirling Sunday fixture performance by TRA-MAR,
who despite getting the Liverpool/Utd result spot on, was sitting on -10 but came up on the rails with a 90 point banker on Arsenal 2-1 & 30 more on the Newcastle draw to 1st spot this week with 120 points ! Well Done !
2nd spot goes to FLOSSIE with 110 points
& seems to be a regular in the ton plus points at the moment.
3rd spot for wk 8 was landed by FMUMA with a very nice 105 points.
Overall.
JACKANDKATE still sit at the top of the leader board on 670 but FLOSSIE has shortened the gap & is closing in on 605
UPTHEBORO only 45 points behind in 3rd with 560.
At the bottom some of you may have noticed we have lost three players who have not posted predictions for over four weeks, but this has now made the fight for avoiding the wooden spoon as interesting as the battle for the crown.
Who knows... there is a long way to go & the whole league could look totally different come May !
