It was none other than Brian Thompson (a staple heavy in films such as Cobra, the shape shifting alien bounty hunter from X-Files and more forgettable, as Shao Khan in Mortal Kombat Annihilation)
My tribute to Bill though and one of his finest performances for me (he directed the following movie additionally) was in Frailty. And what an awesome twist at the end!  |

He was great, obviously massively quotable in Aliens but also in the more recent Edge Of Tomorrow
