Gay sauna I went to today were selling some sort of high in a bottle. Suppossedly gets your heart rate up, and I guess your member!

Never found out its proper name, and wondered if anyone has tried it. Was it beneficial? Did you have side effects? Do you always use it? Do you never use it?
