Not swinging related but I wonder if there are any RAF people out there who can help me ...

190 Squadron was a Catalina Flying Boat Squadron who patrolled the North Atlantic looking out for U Boats and the likes during WW2. It was based at Sullom Voe, Shetland.

The squadron in that particular form was very short lived, but I have come across some original documentation from some of the reccy flights carried out by 190 Squadron during the war and am deperately looking for a home for them. They cotain crew names, weather info, maps, observations, reports on problems with the aircraft etc etc and they are all genuine.

If anyone knows of 190 squadron society or anything similar I'd welcome the info via my inbox.

That info has helped immensely, I have contacted that person who in turn has passed me on to someone else who certainly is interested in the material.

Thanks for that - appreciated

The RAF Museum at Cosford could be worth a call.
