I've just been re-reading "Insatiable" by Julie O'Neill. It's a cracking book if you haven't read it before - dirty, sexy and funny too. Knocks 50 shades of shite into the bin it belongs in!
Give it a go, I'm sure you'll love it. But probably don't try to recreate the creme egg chapter

Not an erotic one but How to be Human by Ruby Wax was a very insiteful book on Mindfullness...
Along with a neurologist and a Bhuddist monk she teaches how to understand your body and minds instinctive behaviours and how to be aware of, use and control them.
Its seriously changed my thought process. Well worth a read. |
