Going to the gym and female bobybuilding is entirely different. There's a lot more involved in achieving a body like Jodie's than there is doing an hour on the machines there.

I think its great that she is reinventing herself. People do not have to stay the same and have every right to take up whatever they want - its their life. Noone has to make up their mind and stay that way.

But I do not like the female bodybuilders body. I can't stand overemphasising the muscles and the veins that stand out. Its not normal fitness at all. It looks bloody awful.

B ut good on her for putting in the huge effort to achieve this goal

I say good luck to her and if she's happy fair enough.

I agree with Iconic about the difference between a trip to the gym and knocking your bodyfat down that low.

Good on her if it please her though.
