Just wondered. We both run and cycle when we get a chance to. Used to compete up until 1999. Just do the odd couple of miles these days usually off road and take one of ours dogs along too  |

Nice one , I had to retire from competetive stuff some time back because of a lung problem and have to watch the air temp more than anything these days.  |

I run on nice days and every day in the summer in the mornings and love it. I got clipped by a motorist last year so avoid winter or raining when the visibility is poor for drivers. Cycling no chance lol. |
