Nearly that detox time again. Therefore, would it be wrong to have a huge portion of fish and chips for lunch? Major craving needs satisfying before the 1st.

Anyone else need to get a craving out of their system before abstinence?

No, always seems to me to be a sign of someone who actually doesn't want to change or abstain.

It's not particularly wrong as it's your life and your choice as to how you eat

You're an adult so why not have a regular sized portion of fish n chips instead or a lot of chip shops offer a lighter slightly healthier batter now

No need to be good all year around, a little bit of unhealthy food isn't going to kill you,

Eat 6 fatty donuts a day and it's a problem, treat yourself to one now and again and it's a gorgeous indulgent treat to be enjoyed

I'm going to add something to it as I don't need/want to abstain from anything.

More virgins maybe?
