So nearly every message I get always has something along with "any fantasies you want to fulfil?" It gets so tedious replying to the same questions over and over again. What Brussels your sprouts in messages??? |

Only been on fab 2 weeks and had enough of the messages from idiots that can't read so all filters on and search engine off .Best way and look for quality .some awful plonkers on here .  |

I've tried numerous messages to no avail. My responses are always polite, never harassing. I often leave quite detailed messages, always with good grammar etc and always intelligent, never crude or too forward. But seems this approach doesn't work?? |

Yes I always read a woman's profile. And I often tailor my messages to something they've mentioned in their profile or in their status etc. |

I don't send initial messages
If they are interested enough, people will find me
Nothing really bothers me in terms of content, but of the few I do receive, most go straight in the bin
It's not their lack of imagination or content, just that I can't be arsed replying cos you know it's going down the politely inane conversation route - mostly headed towards the same 'no thanks'
I think a lot of guys play the expectation game i.e. 'I am here. I must fuck. Lots' hence the carpet messaging and the frustration of non replies
Others are horny
Others are just arseholes
Others 'get it'
Others (like me) aren't arsed if they get shagged or not. They just like being here from time to time.

It may be to do with the fact that you are playing behind long term partners back that puts people off? ....Could be wrong though....

We've had a few first messages that were just "Do you have Kik?", not a great opener

My advice... you read her profile and probably chose to ignore the fact you don't match what she is looking for. I have so many men who say they read my profile yet are bald, have beards ect which I clearly state I don't like. |

Alternatively OP, if you only want the 'right' kind of guys messaging you why not just block all messages and look for those you want to meet?
Although I suspect it's easier and more of an ego boost to have the messages come to you...... |

I've occasionally messaged ladies who have mentioned that their preferences include tattoos or beards etc., if I fit the rest of the description, as it may not be a deal-breaker.
If they are listed as requirements, I move along and continue searching. |

Exactly what I do. No crap messages, crude immature descriptions of what someone wants to do to me, no abuse, no unwanted cock photos etc etc. I message anyone I like the look of and has made an obvious effort in their profile. Far easier way of using this site with no stress or constant pestering. No point moaning about stuff you can do something about. |
