So with the festive season approaching and plenty alcohol being consumed it is vital to keep your water levels up and stay hydrated.

I prefer squash in my water as it tastes nice.

So how do you take yours strong or weak... strong for me i like to taste it.

squash never passes my lips. Acidic baby drinks.....yeeeeerugh.

I don't like squash with artificial sweetener in it, the stuff tastes like chemicals and leaves a sour taste. If its not artificially sweetened I like it strong.
