just wanted to say sorry to admin and mods. i made a post that was against the rules, i knew the rules and in a fit of madness broke them.
i have now served my 48hr ban and glad to be back on the forums.
once again sorry and it wont happen again  |

Its easily done in high spirits or the heat of the moment. It's always better to say sorry, than never to say anything at all - makes for a bigger person in my eyes anyway... I only wish that more were as gracious.

Don't badmouth other members or "name and shame":
Don't post phone numbers
Do not use the forum to try and contact people who have BLOCKED you
Don't promote commercial services or websites.
These are the ones on the forum pages, they are the biggest no-no's. |

I think it would be helpful if forum rules were at the top of each forum page so that people can check them before posting on any thread, they only pop up on here if you open a new forum thread at the moment.
Links to chat rules are rolled out at regular intervals on chat pages so maybe something similar can be implemented on the forum pages? |

I nearly got banneda few weeks ago...
It was a genuine mistake.. I didn't even realise I'd broken the rules, it just seemed a natural response to a thread...
Mu post was deleted, and I apologised... certainly wasn't intentional, and the mods seemed to appreciate that... hence I'm still here  |

That's why it would be nice to have a copy of the rules on the page somewhere, to avoid the genuine mistakes and leave those naughty ones with no excuse to avoid a ban for deliberately breaking them.
