I took an old pair of jeans out of my wardrobe today. The ones which I'd put away for that day when I could get back in them without forcing the buttons and having a huge muffin top hanging over.
They now fit perfectly and I had that aaaaahhhhh feeling as I looked in the mirror.
What have you done or achieved lately which has given you a similar feeling of satisfaction or achievement?  |

Mine was jeans too. I don't usually wear them but decided to give them a go. I picked up the 18, thinking they might not fit over my bum, but they slid on and did up easily. |

Bodyweight.
I'm about 5kg off in the bench....but I can leg press 100kg with one leg easily. |

it has been fun.. and generally going out clubbing helps lose the weight.. not bad for a 42 year old.. |

I had a similar experience to you just over a year ago OP when I bought a pair of shorts in a 30" waist when I'd been used to buying 34"-36" for years.
The other one was realising just over a month ago that I'd given up smoking for a year!! |

Feel you pain my man!!! I'm about 102kg but need it for the rugby so yeah I'm not fussed!! Impressive bench and leg press!! Won't tell you mine, as we don't not want to start a pissing contest. Lol |

My ahh moment was while at work going to a property I look after and realising the work that was needing to be completed was being done as I got there! All of this after the tenant rings and is shouting at me. Oops |
