Yep you hear it right I've been unwell for a few days, won't go into detail as you may be having your supper, well now I need to eat but worried it won't stay put.

drink plenty water - avoid any dairy at all - nibble dry foods such as plain crackers or toast - see a doc if it goes on much longer

You sound like you have had what i had last week!! For a whole week!!

Better out than in my lovely. Drink plenty and eat plain food and keep a loo within your sights and keep up with your buttock clenching exercises x

As long as you are taking on electrolyte drinks while not eating you should be alright.

Dioralyte tastes like shit or you can make really weak squash with a pinch of salt in it.

I was once too scared to eat, so I drank beer instead.

Had 2 and felt tipsy so stopped and ate pizza instead.

My pharmacist recommended plain cooked chicken, rice and carrots when I've had sickness bugs. Oh and those rehydration sachets. Fairly plain but will replace what you've lost.

Plain boiled rice. I survived for weeks on a few spoonfuls of rice pudding or baby rice and a nibble on a biscuit.
