I'm guessing they act much like a vaginal pump in that they're meant to make your bits temporarily 'swell' in a vacuum. None of which sounds like it can be hugely healthy. Probably worth using Google to find genuine testimonials rather than those from the product itself that will undoubtedly promise you the world!! |

They work by swelling the penis through the suction in a vacuum however over a period of time you can actually stretch the muscles and tendons that fill up with blood either side of the penis and since this is an unnatural thing it can actually cause you to have long-term erectile dysfunction but for the short term it out about an extra inch maybe but it depends what you start with |
