little house on the praire

I cheat i do all my exercise in a nice cool airconditioned gym. I do the walking machine (saves me going for a long walk) and all the other stuff, but the walking machine saves me going out sweating like a pig in the sun. I dont do sweat lol

i just think some people secrete more sweat than others. Providing your hygiene is good and you use deodorant hopefully you'll be alright

fresh sweat doesn't smell, its stale sweat that does

wear loose fitting clothes and walk with your arms outstretched so the air can circulate your 'pits, and walk like you've just got off a horse. Let the air flow around your nutz

It's not a good look, you wont look cool, but you'll be cool

No matter how big i have been i have never been a person that sweats much. It has to be really hot for me to sweat(unless im having a hot flush) i used to work with a guy that wasnt really overweight but sweated from his head constantly

I walk with a bottle of ice cold water and take a sip, cools me down and prevents me sweating - as sweaty is not a good look!

North Bristol

The last few days have been hell for me. I've been in a tent since Wednesday, in 30 degrees of heat, and i'm going through a medically induced menopause at 31!

Even though it was literally pouring off me, and I was unable to shower for 5 days (ewwwww!) I still didn't stink. Ahhhh, the wonders of baby wipes and a good deodorant!

I have to say, i'm happy to be home with windows open, a good shower and a fan!

*Her*
