I love Zumba

It was my second session at Zumba tonight and I love it, all that hip, ass and boob shaking, I'm starting to get the hang of it.

Last week I forgot to put my Shock Absorber bra on so was bouncing all over the place, but tonight I went properly dressed with strong support in place, still can't jump though.

Soon ill be doing it like Shakira (though at the minute I physically can't walk)

Glad you're enjoying it Feebs. Kate went for a month or so, but her knees started swelling up and had to stop.

She's gutted because she was loving it

There is one man in our Zumba class, and hes the best one.

I dont like the bum shaking bit, mine doesnt stop when its supposed to, its shaking 5 minutes after Ive finished the move.

My son waited for me tonight after his gym session, and just looked in through the window. As soon as I staggered out he said, your too old for that mum.

I love Zumba. We have a dance to Moves like Jagger but I can't do it so it ends up looking like I'm John travolta in Staying Alive but it gets the same result even if half the class are falling about laughing at me lol

Oo this is a blast from the past - I started this thread 30 weeks ago and I'm still going to Zumba.

I can do the moves now, like Shakira I am (rather a large exaggeration there). I don't like the ass shaking move, as my bottom won't stop for a seconds after I've stopped doing the move

I go twice a week, the Monday session is quite tame compared to the Thursday one that is attached to a gym so much more "full on". Also they tend to use some of the same music but different routines so usually ends up with me crashing into everybody as I'm doing the wrong one lol. I do love it though and everyone comes out smiling

I was round at friends last night and after a few glasses of wine I had my first go at Zumba on the wii. It was great fun. Might look for a local class soon x
