Just throwing it out there. I feel great!
It's very very close to the 1 year celebration of kicking out my abusive ex and becoming a singleton. In that year I've lost 4 stone in weight and bagged me a ton of confidence. I've made new friends, I've proved I can do it on my own despite the years of hearing "you're nothing without me"
Yes, financially things are tough, very tough, but I survive. I might go without a lot of things, but you know what....I AM LIVING!!!!
I'm not just living though, I'm enjoying life, even with its struggles.
If there's anyone reading who is unhappy, being bullied, let me tell you something. You CAN do it, you CAN be happy, believe in yourself no matter what they say.
You are the you you are, not the you they say you are.
I'm rocking the me I am, and I thank that ex for the shit I went through, it makes me appreciate me more!  |

Well done, it's not easy picking yourself up again and even harder to really feel good about yourself again.
Also really good sharing this for those who are currently struggling to see that tiny glimmer of light at the end of their tunnel.

Well done you ...i was in a very abusive relationship for 21 years and after he beat my face in front of my 2 youngest children I finally plucked up the courage and got an injunction on him.
My children's and my life is so much better and we never been so happy xx |

I feel your happiness too.
Discarded a scheming arsehole ex, hit the gym last year, regained my fitness, loving that, and works great too.
Since joining Fabs, I've encountered some lovely people, and I'm smiling

Well done, I'm coming up to 2 years away from my abusive ex. Like you financially things are tough but I'm in a much better place now. And I have a lovely new man who treats me better than I think I deserve.
Still have my doubts about myself but feeling good about life. |
